Thank you! Not much of the dinner table thing these days (it used to be every day), but one parent has passed, and the other has defied the odds for over a year now. We have an older sister (much older) and another older sister who sadly passed away before the three of us were born. After that, our parents didn’t have children again until much later. Mum was much younger than Dad.
Until university, we were homeschooled—especially since we traveled the world with our parents. Homeschooling was easier, more effective, and both of them were incredibly academically gifted, which meant we could advance at our own pace. (LOL, they pushed us beyond senior-year university levels by age 12 to 14 in most cases—with Francine being even younger.)
All that said, we spent an immense amount of time with them, and yes, the conversations were always fascinating.
